I am the creator of Paws Friendly. I hated being dragged around the city looking for somewhere that I can sit on my mom’s lap, so I made her a website that makes it easy for her to find dog-friendly places. I grew up in Mallorca and like walking in the mountains but I love running in the sand. We have moved to Ireland for the winter of 2020, it is very cold.

May 2021The Twelve Hotel Galway
The Twelve is considered Ireland's most pet-friendly hotel for a reason! The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and our little Poppy. We had a lovely Christmas stocking waiting in the room with treats and toys, there was a big comfy dog bed for her and a water bowl with spring water.
We ate at the in-house gastro-bar, The Pins, where the waiter was just as attentive and Poppy had her own menu to order from, settling on the Connemara Meat Balls which she went crazy for!!
All-round a lovely experience where we felt totally welcome travelling with a dog!

We had a lovely walk around the village and popped into the cafe for a couple of drinks and a scone. Poppy was allowed inside and they have a big outdoor seating area.
