Owner Paddy Gaffney has always had a passion for good quality food and having worked in the hospitality industry for years Paddy decided to study Restaurant and Kitchen Management in the multi-award-winning Ballymaloe Cookery School. Here he learned the key skills necessary to manage and set up his own business which took him to Square One.

It's not just a place to go and eat, their front of house team are all barista trained and they work hand in hand with Coffee Culture artisan roasters in Co. Tipperary to produce the most amazing coffee which is also available in retail packs to buy at Square One.

Since summer 2020 and with current restrictions, Square One have extended their opening hours to 8pm each day and you can get Square One delivered straight to your door from just eat.ie

They also cater for at home dining or office meetings with a bespoke menu for your needs. So if you work or live in the Sandyford area just give them a call to dicuss your menu.
