Booked my puppy in for her first groom. Getting the booking was very poor. Twice advised would receive a call back and didn’t. At this stage probably should have looked elsewhere. The whole experience was very impersonal. No feedback on how she was. Rushed my dog out. The groom itself was actually really nice so it was a real shame about everything else. Have used the shop for everything since getting her but would not return after the unfortunate experience and wouldn’t recommend for any first time grooms. Will look elsewhere for a more personal experience. If looking for a quick neat cut with no real interaction, then it is actually worth it.
