Food has always been my passion, stemming from the early days working alongside my Mum in the kitchen. After entering the business world and working in marketing I decided to make a career of what I loved and work with food. I began my journey working alongside Clodagh Mc Kenna teaching at her cookery school in the Lyons Estate. I then went on to study Culinary Arts for two years at the prestigious Kendall College in Chicago. Since graduation, I have worked as a chef in Manhattan. Alongside this, I ran my own healthy eating company in the Hampton’s.
Vibrant, seasonal, local and of course delicious best describes my style of cooking. I try to maximise the nutritional content and make each dish as balanced as possible.
After making a decision to move home to Ireland and pursue my passion for food, I set up BlackSheep Foods. My goal for BlackSheep Foods is to provide wholesome, delicious and nourishing food made with love.
